fyp.bot provides AI-powered content generation services including but not limited to face swapping, video face swapping, and image generation (collectively "Kirkify" features). The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate content.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are the virtual currency used to access premium features:

• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credits do not expire
• Pricing is subject to change with notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Generate content involving minors
• Create content that violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content
• Infringe upon any intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity without consent
• Engage in any automated use of the system
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

6. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us:

• A license to process your uploads to provide the Service
• You represent that you have rights to all content you upload
• Generated content is owned by you, subject to these terms
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or quality of generated content
• That the Service will meet your requirements
• That defects will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, fyp.bot SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fyp.bot, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fyp.bot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
